LEADERSHIP BOARD PRIMARY ROLE
The MiCoCo Leadership Board is the strategic governing body of the Mission Community Council, providing critical guidance and oversight on the organization’s vision, mission, values, program priorities, annual workplan, and budget. As shepherds of MiCoCo’s mission, the Leadership Board must be committed to effective collaboration among Mission neighborhood organizations in support of a more vibrant, sustainable neighborhood where community members have access to strong institutions and services, live and work with dignity, and participate fully in the decisions that affect their lives.
